I got to work on the Buick brand during an interesting time in its history. The average age of a Buick buyer was somewhere north of 60. The brand invested a lot of money in new vehicle launches and we worked hard to evolve the voice of the advertising so that it would resonate with a younger audience and compete with Lexus.
I also got to work on a couple of spots with Tiger Woods. Tiger has been on quite a journey these past few years but he couldn't have been a nicer guy to work with. Between takes he was hitting balls on the golf course. I was standing about five feet away from him as he teed off. I could feel the impact of his club and the ball in my chest.
